Studying Childcare was exciting and motivating for me as I gained significant knowledge about children’s early years development as well as the ways to support their learning and help them reach their milestones. I pay great attention to Emotional Intelligence as it is crucial for the child’s wellbeing. In my practice, I aim to help children develop the ability to manage their own emotions and understand the emotions of those around them.

I am an Early Years Educator with additional training in supporting children with SEN, which helps me nurture each child’s individual needs while fostering a love of learning and discovery.

Nursery Apprentice - Level 3
BESA
Hello, my name is Besarije, though most people call me Besa. I am a proud mother of four children, and my personal experience as a parent has deeply shaped my approach to working with young children. Since joining Nest in 2022, I have found not only a workplace but a true second home, where I feel privileged to contribute to the growth and development of every child in our care. At Nest, I particularly enjoy encouraging children to explore the world around them through hands-on activities. One of my favorite places to spend time with them is in the garden, where we can nurture curiosity, creativity, and teamwork in a natural environment. These moments—watching children discover, learn, and flourish—are what make my role so meaningful. I am committed to continually developing my professional knowledge and skills. I have successfully completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management for Childcare qualification and am currently completing my Level 3 Apprenticeship in Childcare. These experiences have strengthened not only my leadership abilities but also my practical understanding of how to provide the best possible care and learning opportunities for children. Working alongside my wonderful colleagues, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. My passion for childcare drives me to encourage each child’s individuality, celebrate their achievements, and support them as they grow with confidence and joy.
